Kate Holland-Smith

Kate is our Firm Manager as well as a senior adviser. She is an alumnus of the University of Oxford and started her career in finance at Clifford Chance, one of the “Magic Circle” law firms in London. She worked as a finance and tax Senior Associate, before moving back to Bristol to be closer to her family.
 
Part of that return to Bristol brought her to Churchill, as part of our management team. That has certainly ensured she is closer to family, given that she runs Churchill with her brother Matt, one of our directors, and works alongside her sister-in-law Rebeca.
 
Outside of work, Kate supports Bristol Achieve CIC (a community interest company supporting disadvantaged young people in Bristol to succeed in ambitious pathways). Any remaining time is enjoyed with her husband, three teenage children, her pet cockerpoo “Alfie” and other members of her family that don’t work at Churchill.
