Matthew Barrett

Matt is a Chartered Wealth Manager, Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments and Charted Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
 
He has a PhD in Investment Management, an MSc in Accounting and Finance, an MSc in Business Management Research, a Masters in Wealth Management and is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge.

Matt has also written academic papers in the area of Socially Responsible Investing and holds the UK Social Investment Forum’s Certificate in Green and Ethical Investment, the CISI Certificate in Sustainable and Responsible Investment and has an MSt in Sustainability leadership.

Before co-founding Churchill Wealth Management, Matt worked in portfolio management for two of the country’s leading wealth management firms.
 
Matt lives with his wife, Rebeca, who is also part of our Churchill team, and their twins in Bristol. In his spare time, he is a keen sportsman and is a founder of the Old Cliftonian Football Club.
